From Nara. Graduated from Kyoto Arts and Crafts University. Served as an instructor at Kyoto Arts and Crafts University and the Art Institute of Chicago from 1963 to 1968. Exhibited at and selected for the Modern Art Exhibition, Cup International Exhibition, and Yagi Kazuo Award Exhibition since then. Held a duo exhibition at the Seibu in Shibuya. Works focus on objects.
