From Kyoto. Studied under the 6th generation Kiyomizu Rokubey. Special selection, exempt from appraisal, numerous selections, and Fellow Member of the Nitten Exhibition. Sold works to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by way of the Japan New Craft Art Exhibition and a member of the exhibition. Fellow Member of the Kofukai. Selected for, exempt from appraisal, and judge of the Kyoto Municipal Exhibition.
