His style carried on the style of the first Rokubey in a unique individual way that incorporates the preferences of the time. He created tea and green-tea utensils, tableware, and other works. After he passed the family business on to the third Rokubey and retired, he adopted the artist name Rokuichi and worked on personal ceramics.
