He was born in Kyoto. His real name is Tatsuo. Completed the Kyoto Institute of Arts and Crafts with honors. Studied under Kusube Yaichi. Awarded many prizes at the Nitten and is a member of the association. A member of Japan New Craft. Awarded the Yomiuri Newspaper Award at the Japan Contemporary Art and Design Exhibition, and later withdrew from the exhibition. Awarded the Kyoto Newspaper Prize at the Kofu-kai Exhibition, Mr. C Prize. Honorable Mention and others at the Kyoto Industrial Arts Exhibition. Kyoten Sankei Newspaper Award, Kiniku Broadcast Award, Akane Award, Mayor’s Award, and others. Awarded prizes at the Japan Ceramic Art Exhibition, All Kansai Exhibition, and Chunichi International Exhibition. He is a member of the Salon de Paris. Decoration with mad, celadon. In 2007, he changed his pen name to Keiroku.
