Born in Tokyo, Japan. In 1955, he moved to Hirosaki, Aomori Prefecture, to promote Tsugaru ware. His work was selected for the Nitten and other exhibitions. Exhibited at the Toho-kai Exhibition. His works are mainly Kesho-gake (cover the pottery with white clay to show better coloring of glaze) with hand Scraped flower Pattern.
