From Ena City. Graduated from the Osaka University of Arts. Studied under Kumakura Junkichi and Yanagihara Mutsuo. Selected for and won prizes at the Japan Ceramics Exhibition, the Asahi Ceramics Exhibition, Chunichi International Exhibition, the Yagi Kazuo Prize Ceramics Exhibition, the Asahi Craft Exhibition, and the Mainichi ID Prize. Has held solo exhibitions at Osaka Imai Art Gallery, etc. Focuses on objects of art and ceramic walls.
