From Akatsu. Worked at the Shimane Research Institute after the war and later studied under Suzuki Seisei. Has been selected for and won prizes at the Japan Fine Arts Exhibition, the Modern Crafts Exhibition, Chunichi International Exhibition, the New Japan Crafts Exhibition, the Asahi Ceramics Exhibition, and elsewhere. His selected works for the Modern Craft Exhibition have been procured by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
